Lily

Beautiful lily is about to flower in our front garden. Couldn't get up close, because frankly, we have been deluged with rain in a manner akin to when Noah said "thank you God" for telling him to build the ark! Not getting my precious camera wet. So I got the big glass out and took the picture from the safety and dryness of the front porch!!!

4 and a half hour meeting this morning (aaaaaargh). Positive though, we think. Partly because of the List of Balls (see previous rants on entries in the last 2 weeks!!!!) and something called the Greater Manchester Challenge. Was utterly exhausted afterwards ...rushed home to clean teeth, leg it to pick james up from footy practice, then to the dentist. Fell asleep on the sofa for an hour....can't wait for the weekend, when I PROMISE I will catch up on fellow blippers journals ....SORRY!
