Lazy late start to today...lay about reading after waking and then dozed on and off whilst listening to the radio - didn't get up till midday!! and no guilty conscience!!!

Coffee and toast and then out pottering in the garden. Very windy but not cold. Threat of rain has not eventuated - yet.

Time home alone is winding down. I have benefited from the break; i feel more relaxed and energised which is not a bad thing for me!!

Busy day planned for tomorrow with a visit to the Blood Bank to give plasma and hopefully a bit more Christmas shopping.
