Beuff en Croute

had eight over to our place tonight for dinner which was excellent, so did a massive beuffe en croute.

OMG it was amazing, being a massive fillet cut it did perfectly & was the best ever, yer tis out of the oven

Ozzy loved it - wouldn't leave us alone for some reason
