Caribbean Chicken

We made Carribbean Chicken tonight and it was lush, the chicken was really nice done under the grill and I loved the kidney beans and rice.

We ate really late, but it was a light dinner so didn't feel too full after. Can't go wrong with Goodfood recipes :)
