While the druggie across the street still sells his wares and probably claims his benefits, this guy and his wife, both of the foreign persuasion, stand on boxes in big white flowing made up of what not costumes, in Manchester centre in all weathers and hand out lollipops to all and sundry, regardless of you putting money in their boxes or not.
What would you rather have, a drug pushing scumbag, for whom you and I pay living expenses or a maybe immigrant who uses ingenuity, paint, a bedsheet and lollipop, to gain a bit of brass and a smile?

(I may be wrong-one English smackhead beggar came in Barbarito's while we ate, yesterday to change sixty quids worth of change...and said he'd be in later to change more!...I'm in the wrong job , me thinks Lol )
