Christmas is coming!

Today we were helping to get the church ready for Christmas. This used to entail Chris stabilising a real tree in a stand before we decorated it, but for the last couple of years we have had an artificial tree. Then someone decided last year that a star would look nice over the chancel! Here he is going up the ladder ready to hoist it up!

He did say it was slightly less terrifying than last year!

I stuck to putting out the candles.
