Calm after the storm

1. The storm has blown over, it's cold but still.

2. A long, long day in work, a baby shower in the middle brightens it a little.

3. On the way from one meeting Gilly and I see the saddest Christmas tree in the world.

4. After witnessing a scene involving three policemen having to pin someone to the pavement, I literally run to a cab. My taxi driver is very a very positive person and we have a nice chat home. My taxi driver during the hurricane yesterday was very kind too. I hope his daughter does become a ballerina.

5. An early night.
