Beef Pies

Just realized this is my 700th Blip entry...

Anyway... with our busy and varied schedules during the holidays, traditional family mealtimes has gone by the wayside in favor of quick grab-and-go meals. Instead of relying on fast-food crap, I have started creating small single dish meals that can be easily reheated.

Still family favorites, just repurposed and rebranded to facilitate healthy eating for each individual family member at their own convenience.

Tonight was meat pies made with braised beef, carrots, and peas covered with thinly sliced potatoes and baked in mini pie dishes.


Mmmmm.....
