moonrise

The moon rose at about 3:45 pm. I drove to Cowichan Bay estuary to meet the moon as it rose over Mount Tzouhalem. I waited sixty minutes for the moon to appear. I was walking back to my car when it peaked over the mountain. And I walked back to the dyke where I set up to make the photograph. I wanted the moon's reflection in the water. As a bonus I saw moonlight on the wet clay as well.
