Peacock Feather Dress by Heather Carman Miller

This dress is on display in the foyer in the Shiney Row Centre of Sunderland College. It was made as part of a BTEC Art and Design course. Heather was in the second year of the programme. I really like the dress and walk past it about 10 times each day. Since the weather is so bad I thought it would make and interesting image. The dress in the photo to the left of the picture is made from card and I will take a photo of that on another rainy day.
