Jetavanaramaya Stupa- Largest Volume Structure

Jetavanaramaya Stupa is located in the world heritage city of Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka.. It is made up of >93million baked bricks (largest brick structure in the world) and was constructed in 270AD. It is also the largest ancient stupa in the world.

The ruins of Anuradhapura are over 5.6 hectars and used to house >10,000 monks.
