Could fish be any more fresh?

We have entered the season of la lisa. The little fish swim in the shallow waves on the shoreline. When the tide is low there are dozens of fisherfolk speckling the 7km beach - vigilant and sly with nets cocked in their mouths. The trick is in patience. An optimal throw of the net means waiting until the school dances skittishly out of the white water.

This guy was ready with his five dollar bill before the fisherman even emptied all of his catch onto the beach.
