The Caster

If my memory serves me correct my Telecaser was my first ever blip. Man how much i've come on since then. Not just all i've learnt and blipped, but the physical recovery after my back surgery.

First time i blipped her i was in pain, dosed up on meds and unable to even lift her up. Today im recovering from a hard training session in the gym, Dosed up on protein and carbs and wishing i had more time pick up my Caster.

Here is to recovery. Quick note on this song. I all the legends GnR, Floyd, AC/DC, Led Zep the list goes on. However this guy is a lengend. Even if his music isn't for you. His story is an inspiration to most....just a shame with him comes a load of wannabe's who don't understand what he actually stands for.
