Martin Guitar

Tonight we visited the Martin Guitar holiday open house in Nazareth, PA. There were musicians, food and touring of the manufactoring plant. Here, Aaron manually saws an intricate pattern on the mother-of-pearl for a guitar body inlay. While there is some newer technology used in building the guitars, overall they are all hand crafted with amazing attention to the smallest detail. It is refreshing to see that manual craftsmanship still has a place in building a product.

Shown on the right is an example of the beautiful inlays created on the 1 millionth Martin Guitar on display in their museum.
