Well, with the Corrieyairack Challenge just a week on saturday, I'm cutting back the training. So I was out on my bike in the Pentlands for a wee ride. Blustery, showery and a bit boring in terms of terrain (compared to Glentress or Innerleithen). Still it's better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.
