Chutney!

Well it was an early finish from work today, to allow everyone to make it home safely. This meant a start on my Christmas chutney (after completing my homework, of course)!

Even though I did have some work to do, it was nice to get home at a decent time and be able to sit in my own living room with a pot of tea and some nice piano music.

Hurricane Bawbag has unfortunately caused, or at least brought our attention to, a leak in the roof in the living room. Considering the winds in some parts reached 165mph, I suppose this isn't anything really, but given past experiences with rented flat roofing issues, it could take months to sort out.

Ah well, time to curl up with a movie...
