No.2 Excepted

Words that have no business being used on a notice.

No. 2 in an occasional series: Excepted.

Of course, unlike outwith, excepted is a perfectly good word. Unless the word you're really looking for is a different one.

Or maybe they mean that no cash will be the subject of an exception, ie that cash is accepted.

Or maybe they're just stupid.
