Dried Roses

I got some beautiful roses from friends last weekend for me to admire from my position on the sofa and I thought I'd try to dry them on the AGA.

I also made the last of my preserves for the year today - everything is done in 10 min stints. I can stand about 10 mins before resting my leg for an hour which is an improvement. I managed to get 9 small jars of Medlar Jelly.. Lovely colour, not sure it's setting although it was in the pan.
