Life with The Pinks

Festive Fun!

Today Miss Pink and I met up with two of my lovely friends and their mini people. We met up with them last, in the summer, and had a lovely time, so we booked up to have a Christmas meet up! We visited the local garden centre for some lunch, hoping that we could see the Reindeer as part of our visit. It seems the Reindeer were having a half day, so we couldn't see them until 2pm. We decided to have lunch, a look at the Christmas shop and then a walk to the park before heading back to see the Reindeer, or goats as Master R called them. Miss Pink wasn't in the best mood as having got up at 5.45 had worn her out earlier than usual, so she had a few sit down protests, and the most enormous scream I've everheard her make in the middle of the Christmas shop. Lunch was more successful however, and Miss Pink ate her way through her lunch, a cake, some raisins and a chocolate bauble. We went to the park after lunch, which was sunny and fun, if a little cold and blowy. The children had a lovely time; they took the "bus" AKA a roundabout to the shops, the zoo, on holiday and to the nurse. They seesaw'd and became pirates.
Then 2pm arrived. Miss J fell asleep, Miss Pink became very grumpy and kept telling me it was time to go home, and so Karen, Miss T and Master R were the only ones who actually saw the Reindeer. BUT we had a fab morning. The minis all got along well and played together as if they had known each other for years (they haven't) And it was great to see Karen and Imogen. Happy Christmas girls!
