Bare

Went out at lunch time today to blip round the hospital site......It was t!t freezingly cold, what made the trip worth while was a call from G :)

Nothing else to report, I'm stupidly tired from nights and nights of broken sleep.....I seem to have got myself into a rut of waking every night around 3am for no reason and then not really getting back to sleep properly......I'm going to attempt to break myself of this with some magic tablets....Not great but I want some sleep.
