Tree

I must have passed this tree dozens of times, if not hundreds...well, possibly, and in itself it is not particularly remarkable...or is it?

I was stuck in a traffic jam this morning, something that doesn't happen on my way to work normally, but as I was creeping along at snail's pace, I opened my window and took this shot. I had been looking at the trees as I drove along and was amazed afresh at how wonderful they are. So impressive, so symmetrical, so green, so protective, offering shelter for birds, animals and people alike...well, I was moved to blip it for today!
