Who's CARLOS?

I spotted this during my lunch break at the harbour saying
"from Carlos for you".

"You = Me ?" I asked myself and took a closer look, though I don't know anyone named Carlos.

But yes, this little heart was for me, as it was a simple but successful promotion for a new coffee shop. Made me smile on this grey and rainy day!
