No Christmas without gingerbread!

Pepparkakor, gingerbread, is a must for Christmas. I felt like making some but since I don't have the necessary rolling pin or the crucial cookie cutters and because I should be finishing my coursework instead of baking cookies, I improvised and tried a quicker version than the original one. These are thicker as the dough isn't rolled but the spices are the same; cinnamon, ginger, cardamom and cloves. Now all I need is some hot glögg, mulled wine (without the actual wine) and it's almost like Christmas at home...
