Oh, am I still ill?

Just a day feeling a bit poorly, same thing everyone else has had. Sore throat, croaky voice, few sniffles and going hot and cold.

Came home from work to do the school run and I think the girls could see how whacked I was because they were really good and put on a Pokemon DVD and let me go to bed for a bit. I went into a really deep sleep and had some feverish dreams, really horrible ones when you wake up in a cold sweat then are so tired you can't keep your eyes open.

Jeanne brought me a cup of tea up and Eve (not being old enough to be near hot water gave me a chameleon bean baby to cuddle)

Don't feel too bad tonight, just finished off the work that I HAD planned to do while I was in the land of nod!

So today was mostly about feeling sorry for myself. And sniffing. And wondering why my eyes go even more bloody droopy when I'm poorly. What's THAT all about?
