So after watching the scales over summer rise by a stone. Which was a by product of mum bring poorly, ( Mum lost 2.5 stone)
I decided to join Slimming world last Tuesday
Well week 1 I lost 3 pound...
Tuesday as crazy as ever in our house, piano, cubs, air cadets, slimming world lots of drop off and pick ups needed
