Had a good run tonight round Beacon Fell with Bowland Fell Runners, I managed to miss the worst of the showers and managed to compete 2 time trials, the perimeter path (how many laps in an hour) and the 'plunge' from the summit cairn back down to the car park. Legs are aching now!
