I first struggled a bit getting this girl to look towards me and the camera. Then had trouble using the flash without totally blinding her; it might have been ineffective for this shot. And finally, I had serious problems getting her name spelt right.

I had to work through my lunchbreak today and a colleague told me I missed a bunch of dancing Santas on Princes Street. So getting a portrait this evening was a pleasant compensation for me.
