Sheboom!

S and I went along to practice with these guys a few times years ago - was really great

to see them out and about - but as it was raining - I'm glad we weren't still playing

with them!!

Had a fabulous Physio massage followed by a wander and lunch with C and her sister J.

Was brilliant to catch up - and even better I didn't buy anything on my wander round

the shops!
