Apple peelings

Today was a day for cooking. I made a delicious apple cake and as I peeled the apples the peelings just got longer and longer and I dropped them onto a tea towel. They made such a contrast in colours. I always share cakes with Bill's boss who owns the local wood yard. Tony is 82 and as fit as a fiddle! We are off to hear the local community choir in a little while.
