Avoiding Ugly Tourist Traps

The above isn't the ugly tourist trap being referred to. Myself and Sandra decided to head out to Xochimlco on the outskirts of Mexico City to check out the famous canal BOATS.

It's such a shame that it's so damned dirty with rubbish piled up everywhere and shady characters trying to entice you down back-alleys to do deals on the renting of one of the boats.

We quickly left that part of the town and ended up wandering round the Cathedral (More Photos I Took) and eating a quick snack in a place that would induce an apoplectic fit in any British or Irish Health Inspector.

Food didn't kill us and wasn't that bad, just goes to show!
