Little lost scarf

Still felt a bit under the weather so have not really been struck by photo inspiration today, but I did happen upon this abandoned scarf at lunch today.

Abandoned bits of clothing always fascinate me a little bit. Who did this scarf belong to? How did they lose it? Who put it up on display so it might be found or claimed?

Hopefully this scarf finds a new home soon.
