Cold and frosty walk with Juno this morning.

Work was a solvent of sweet perfume.

Great run up Arthur Seat, snow, ice, mud and puddles all depending on what face of the hill you were running on. Getting better on the downhill.

Walked home just happily strolling through the chill.

Quiet night in with the family, eco son doing his homework and eco daughter chatting to me.
