The price to be paid for chips!

At 1.30 this morning I woke with stomach pains and by 9am I was in A&E of my local hospital courtesy of the out of hours GP.

By 5pm his initial diagnosis of gall stones was confirmed, following numerous conversations with doctors, medical students and nurses. They sorted out my pain and I managed to catch up on some sleep. I have a choice as to whether I live with it and risk pain when I eat the wrong things or have it removed. I have agreed to go back to see them and will do my homework in the meantime.

Having had the initial scan by a junior doctor, I asked if I could take a picture to blip. I don't think he understood what I was talking about, so just kindly handed B a copy of the scan. Such a gentleman!!

I am attributing the pain to the two lots of chips in Lille within 24 hours, something I never do at home.
