Cheesecake...

Made this cheesecake yesterday but unfortunately it had to stay in the fridge over night to set...it looked better in the flesh than in this photo.

Eventually actually got some uni work done today. 1 essay down 3 to go...can't wait until this week is over!! Then I shall be able to relax and enjoy the Christmas holidays....well after the maths test next week, think I shall do that first thing on Monday morning, get it over and done with.

Now to try and do the next essay....
