Relatives?

One of the joys of working from home is listening to the radio during the day. This afternoon, whilst listening to The Infinite Monkey Cage I heard Robin Ince utter the immortal line "We're actually quite closely related to mushrooms."

Made me chuckle.

And gave me a subject for today's blip. I'm a bit nervous; I've agreed to take photos at an event this coming weekend which will involve getting lots of images in the dark with no flash and using the stage lighting only. I'm not very confident with things like this and although I'm less frightened since arranging for the far superior photographic talent of Odey being there to help, I don't want to mess up. So this week will involve a good deal of practice of dark, flashless images.
