Colourful houses

Today we visited the islands of Murano (glass making) and Burano (lace making) this is the island of Burano. As you can see it is raining, but it did not rain for long. This island is very small and incredibly colourful. Mr H wondered if there was a law saying you could not paint houses that were touching each other the same colour?! Looks good in large.

We had a snack lunch here and then went and visited the glass shops in Murano. Mr H wondered why I needed to check out every shop on the island when they all sold the same thing, he was very patient with me!!
