Almost ready for start, in HDR

This is an overview of the machinehall of unit EC 20, picture processed to HDR.
The unit is coming out of preservation.
The airdryers are still standing next to the generator, probably they will be re-connected when the jumptests are finished.
The shaftline from left- to right: first the exciter, the generator, two low pressure turbines (in bordeaux-red) and in the grey casing: the medium- and high pressure steamturbine.
Down in the machinehall you can see the huge electric motors of the main condensatepumps, each is 1 Megawatts (1000000 Watts).

Today we had the EVP (electric feedwaterpump) running for the first time, and we brought the natural gassystem under pressure.
