winter is upon us

this morning marked the first day of my break from classes so i decided to volunteer at the food bank. that required a little bit of extra time for walking since it is located a bit outside of the city center (and i'm disastrous on a bike in traffic). i saw this amazing tree near my neighborhood. really emphasizes the change in seasons.
