Between winter showers

A glimpse of sun at one of the Carr Vale lakes. It was worth going out despite the cold wind and frequent showers. The difficulty was trying to keep the lens of the camera dry, and coping with the contrasts in the light. I think that with more experience I could have got more interesting shots than I managed, but I am pleased enough with this one for today's blip.
