An expensive day

Took advantage of the little bit of blue sky we had this morning to take this pic. This is part of the same bunch that I brought nearly two weeks ago. Needless to say, the blue sky has gone, and the flowers are now back in the vase. I know I shouldn't complain about the cold (it is December after all), and I know that some of you have had snow today...but it's definitely dropped a few degrees outside.

My car is in the garage for it's annual service. Judging by its recent behaviour, I'm prepared for a pretty hefty bill. They've had it since first thing this morning, and they haven't called me yet...not a good sign. :-(
