Angels and Demons

Today was a long day, got up for breakfast at Mary and Mallory's house to plan a New Year's event we have in mind! Then went TV shopping with my future flat-mate/landlady, Lorna, and ended up buying sets of plates and bowls instead.

After this we went to an open air Nativity play in festival square where, at the end, I left Lorna and joined my mother and her friend in waking to St. Andrews Square to have an hour of prayer for our country and world with other Christians.

I think we sometimes forget that we're in a spiritual battle constantly and so many Christians become comfortable in the world and their faith then dies. It's sad to see. Prayer is the most effective weapon in this spiritual battle so, even though my feet were freezing and I had a waterfall coming out my nose, I was happy to be there.

Mary and Mallory also came to the hour of prayer and here they are messing about with a light after!
