This is "Big Boy" by Yinka Shonibare, an English contemporary artist. It stands 7 feet tall [without a head] and is made of fiberglass and cotton. My trip to the Art Institute of Chicago today was absolutely delightful. I love going there, and there were way too many blippable works of art present. I hated that I had to narrow it down to one, but this is a nice one, I think. I always look for it each time I go, and it slightly creeps me out because of it's large size and missing head. Something like that....
