Tis the season

For stupid amounts of Christmas light blips... In other news today I made my very first tarte tatin.

It wasn't a total failure but I did mess my caramel up so it wasn't perfect although as Greg Wallace would say - the road to the Masterchef title is littered with the bodies of failed tarte tatin - so if they can get it Erin so can I!!
