Puerto Cabopino

As I said yesterday there's a lot of money in this part of Spain (and I'm guessing not all of it has been earned legitimately!)

This is nice selection of boats here. Some of the boats we saw in Puerto Banus yesterday were HUGE!

Decision day today. Do we attempt to go home tomorrow despite the General Strike or do we re-book our flight for later in the week? The OM contacted his ex who works at Heathrow to find out whether our flight was cancelled or not. As of Tuesday the flight wasn't cancelled so the delimma was do we pack up and go down the airport with the possibility of having to return? Do we travel to Heathrow and risk sitting on the runway for 12 hours? We decided to re-book (free of charge) for Friday. The apartment is ours until Saturday, a few phone calls to re-arrange a few things (including work!) and we have two extra days holiday!*




*It turned out our flight did go, but with hardly anyone on it and Heathrow was quite quiet because everyone re-booked!
