A quick bit of fresh air was needed after my night shift before heading to London for the Col. B Christmas dinner.

The ladies of Coleridge B - our boarding house at school - meet each December for a Christmas meal with crackers, presents, lots of food and drink, memories and lots of laughs.

This is Boscombe pier - eerily quiet in winter, and maybe a little more striking too.
