Heston's bacon

Made a big fry up this morning- I tend to do quite a bit of cooking when I have the house to myself for the weekend. Today it was fry up day- something to set me up for all the study I have promised myself I will do today.

This is Heston's stout and caramelised (I think) bacon. I had 3 rashers and they were lovely and to be honest I'm not that mad about bacon but I thought I'd see what all the fuss was about. Quite moreish in a crunchy nut ornflake sort of way. I won't be buying any more soon though it was abit pricey- maybe in a few months time!

So onwards and upwards with the study- eeeuurrrggghhhhhh :-\ 57, 000 words and counting!
