Lamb Pate

I had some lamb sat in the fridge that needed to be cooked and as I was going out for dinner I needed to find a way to use it. I love making my own pate and never bother working to a recipe. As this is a catch up blip I have since tasted said pate and it is amazing! I'm not sure that the several cloves of garlic and topping of garlic butter will make me popular with vampires but it tastes fantastic. Now must shop for thick bread to make toast and enjoy a sunday brunch.
