Younger Sibling

My sister, Mariko, is a piece of work. She always gets her way. She puts her boyfriend in front of family. I think she may be a gold digger? And yet, she's still my sister. I love her regardless of her flaws.

I finally got over my anger and pain and called my best friend to wish her a Happy Birthday. She was very happy to hear from me! Right away, she confronted me about her concern with me being mad at her. Hit it right on the head. I told her that I didn't want to talk about it now, especially because it's her birthday. So instead, we caught up with things we've been up to, and we made plans to meet up later this week. Feels good to get that over with.

First day of summer school tomorrow. BRING IT ON!!!
