Preparation

They are saying it'll only be a dusting...insignificant accumulation, to use the National Weather Service's scientific phrase. I've learned to trust them as far as I can see them which is not at all. The radar shows a large swath heading this way, moving slowly. Technically, unless the radar is broken or confused or they have their heads squarely up their whatsits, that is not possible. Since I'm fairly confident it's the latter, I'm expecting enough to shovel and blow.
