New Forest

It is that time of year when we visit the west country, we normally stay for the weekend but decided to do it all in a day... what a lovely day weatherwise to do it, the winters sun shone all day from the time we left the IOW til we got back again.
The reason we go to Somerset is to place a christmas wreath and a couple of plants on my late mother inlaws grave, always a sad occasion really but would feel uncomfortable if we didn't.

so mission accomplished :-)

The drive through the new forest was lovely saw many ponies & managed to get this pic. So that was my day.
